Anna Trevisan


Bio: She is currently a writer, a blogger and a free-lance journalist for several different publications. She graduated in theoretical philosophy at the University of Cà Foscari in Venice, where she worked for the Biennale di Venezia D.M.T. (Dance, Music, Theatre) and Art and Architecture. She works as copywriter and also as intercultural mediator for a national non-profit association, after having obtained a Masters degree in Intercultural Studies. She has curated the catalogues "Album Groggia", published by the Municipality of Venice (2009), and "Il punto sui trent’anni" (2015, CLEUP Padua University Press). She participated as writer in the first edition of the European project "Migrant Bodies", for which she wrote two brief theatrical works, performed in the show "Ethnoscape" by Cécile Proust in 2015. She has recently published her short stories for Tracciati Editore: "In viaggio verso dove", in the collection Tre d’amore (2014) and "La bicicletta", in the collection Dammi Cinque (2017). Both of them are dedicated to the life of two immigrant women in Italy. - - - -
